Our Admissions Process

Recovery looks different for everyone. Our admissions process helps determine the best course of action for your needs.

When you call, a representative will walk you through the admission process, verify your insurance and benefits coverage and perform a pre-assessment to determine your eligibility. Pre-assessment questions might involve your:

  • Substance abuse history
  • Medical history
  • Current living situation
  • Family history of addiction
  • Health insurance policy

Your Recovery Advocate will recommend a treatment program recommendation based on your pre-assessment.
